The hotel is lovely much of the staff are well trained and friendly, but I checked in for the spa after a long travel day and when I made the appointment, I didn’t go back and check email for anything and when I arrived, I found out they sent paperwork to be completed. I was chastise by the Spa manager Chelsea for not doing it. Rather than doing it from my small phone screen I asked for paper and she said they didn’t have that so I started trying to fill it out, but I wasn’t getting very far and she continued to chastise me so I finally just gave her crap back because I filled out certain information for the third. I guess what, she finally gave me paper, and I filled in what I had not previously filled in and she stormed out and went and got the hotel general manager, Sam, who walked in and immediately was unprofessional if I didn’t need the massage after 16 1/2 hours of travel time, I would’ve canceled. I am glad I didn’t because Aysa was my therapist and she was wonderful. Also, the front desk staff was wonderful. My biggest negative was the hotel does not have any restaurants or bars, but it is attached to a casino that does the casino is owned by a different company so you can’t charge things to your room.
