Terrible terrible terrible run as for as you can
This was the absolute worst experience the lobby was the nicest part the people at the front desk was very rude i was told parking was included but it wasn’t it was 50 to park over night for valet for the valet to take up to 30 minutes to get the car we found a roach in our bed we told front desk the manager wouldn’t even come speak to us the furniture was very outdated the valet company tried to double charge us and the hotel was no help because they say it’s through a “ third party company” wayyyy over price for the terrible experience and there was a leak on the third floor just terrible and dirty will not stay here again and i recommend no one to stay here not even for 2 seconds

Great location but we booked a 2 queen room but the beds were more like full size. There were a lot of stains on the carpet. The bathroom was clean. The website is very misleading we didn’t know it was valet parking only which is $50 a night.

The stay was convenient location wise but was extremely put out by the 50 dollar mandatory valet charge! Then the alatm clock in our room went off at 5:30 am and we couldnt figure out how to turn it off for a minute. Not sure why alarm clocks are even in the rooms still. Room was a little musty and def not nice enough for what we paid and what was advertised. Bar and restauraunt were excellent.

Pleasant stay
I booked a room on the 6th floor and when I got in I realized the room was missed by house keeping so I asked the front desk if I could get room service and instead they upgraded me to the 12th floor for the inconvenience. The hotel has a whole was beautiful. Very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back again.
