1695 SEK for 1 night. No breakfast included. The receptionist promissed a free upgrade if I signed into the Radisson reward program. OK, lets do that. After being enrolled the receptionist said I HAD the upgrade but they were fully booked so in reality no upgrade. I saw only 4-5 other guests the whole night, so dont think the hotel was full. As compensation for the missing upgrade I got a 15% food discount voucher to the hotel restaurant next door. Me and 5 other guests waited at thefront desk of the restaurant for 10 minutes. The restaurant was pretty much empty, perhaps 20 guests in a big dining room. The 2 waitresses just ignorred us. After a white I was seated at a teble in fron of the kitchen door. I asked for any of the other 50 available tables, but got no answer. After waiting 10 more minutes at my table without getting a menu card I left the restaurant. Walked past both waitresses who did not even say a word or appoligised for not taking my order. They did not care. simple as that.
Whent to the reception and asked if my voucer could be used in the other restaurant next door. Answer was no.
There was no electrical pluggs in the bathroom, there was a lot of dust hanging from the ceiling and the shower head did not work, so I had to skip the morning shower.
The gym was ok, but very worn down and smelled as if it had not been cleaned in a few years :-) All in all not a great experience at 1695 SEK. The bed was good and free chocolate/ice water in the reception was nice.
