When I showed up I felt like no one was interested in helping me. The hotel was dilapidated and barren of customers, at first I thought I’d made a terrible mistake and booked an abandoned hotel. The room was dirty, the pillows had stains on them, but I would have been fine except... the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or replenish, when I asked for towels, toilet paper and the WiFi password they didn’t seem to want to help me. They told me there was no WiFi? Which was promised on their Expedia page, and needed for me to do my job as I am working remotely right now. I asked for my money back, they didn’t argue or apologize, or even ask for the key back, but they gave me my money and I went to the OLO Flagship in Sanur and stayed in a decent room with friendly/helpful staff. OLO must be a franchise, because the comparison between the two was STARK.
