VERY Poor Quality Hotel

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. The WiFi dis not work, no hot water, AC smelled old and wet, ventilation was poor, ice machines were loud and unsanitary, the cable kept dropping, the overnight front desk young lady was extremely rude, the remote controls sis not work, ceiling in bathroom had mold, the drinks in the restaurant were very expensive, the bedsheets were semi-clean, this hotel is extremely overpriced, the construction around the hotel was very inconvenient and the building is old and in bad condition. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I called and asked for a manager and was told they felt we were accommodated and they offered a 20% discount. Are you kidding me? Again, my recommendation is to save your money or DO NOT stay at this hotel! The only plus was being 5-10 minutes away from NRG Stadium.
