Bad reception service
I am deeply disappointed about my experience with the hotel. I checked in on Tuesday 3rd of December 2024 evening and was assisted by the front desk employee who gave me a handicap room ( I don’t have any disabilities ) that smelled like mold inside. Also the room is across the elevator so you can hear everything, walls are paper thin. When I called and complained about the noise he said that the hotel is sold out tonight. I checked and saw many rooms available to book on the site. He didn’t come forward by changing the room for something further away from the elevator. I wouldn’t recommend this place. 1 star service and this hotel is not 4 starts, there is no way.
