It was getting cold in Latvia (-15 C), and I decided to go for a room with a bathtub, so I could heat up after being outside during the day.
So, I log on to hotels.com, apply a filter to only show rooms with bathtubs.
Hilton comes up with the best looking one, and I decide to book it.
The listing says that it has a bathtub, the bathtub icon is showing, the pictures for that specific room type shows a bathtub, the confirmation email says that it will have a bathtub... But sure enough, I arrive and there is no bathtub.
The staff is very helpful in looking for a new room, but unfortunately nothing is available, so instead I'm offered a free drink instead of getting to spend two nights in the tub.
So overall, the hotel is very nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful, but that specific listing was definitely misleading.
