This place was good but the check-in procedure was long, complex, frustrating and slow. I cannot understand why it took so long, but it was probably half an hour that we were standing there while the staff member entered our details on her computer slowly, repeatedly and laboriously.
When I asked her about a parking space I had previously requested (3 times, by phone and email) she told me somewhat abruptly that no permits were available. I asked whether she could check, explained that I'd called and emailed requesting a space, she told me dismissively that no further spaces were free. I dug out the email I'd received from them saying that a space was reserved for me, and she then inspected it and went away, coming back with the permit for me, without explanation or apology.
The room was small but contained a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk/table, a kettle, a fridge freezer, a kitchen sink, a microwave and a tiny bathroom. I wouldn't recommend the space for a couple, a larger or pregnant person - the shower was too small for me to stretch my elbows out across the diagonal, nevermind my arms!
The facilities were good - having a swim in the 20th floor at 9pm was great. The jacuzzi was lovely, though the sauna and steam room were not hot enough for my liking.
The lack of AC and the window not staying open was annoying - I had to jam it open with a container from the kitchen which had contained teabags.
All in all an interesting stay - we might return given cost was low!
