A trip to forget. Out sourcing doesnt pay.
I have stayed various times at Marco Polo and never had a bad experience. This time around it was a real nightmere as my family and I travelled for a wedding and tecnically I almost missed it because of the bad judgement of the valet parking group.
I came to the lobby to request for my car to be brought and the response was less than welcoming as I was told that since I didnt reqiest the car via the phone it would take from 20 to 30 to get it.
I explained the situation that I need it rigjt away as I had to be at the court house to sign as a witness to the wedding. The valet service told me that it wasnt their problem and that they would get to me when it was my turn.
As a result my cousins had to ask the judge to delay the ceremony and I had to end up paying a penalty for the delay.
Also the following day I requested towels to my room and it took four calls and me having to go to the reception to pick them up.
When I got home upon looking at my bill I noticed that I was billed for 3 extra night of valet parking and local taxes.
