Sadly, this potentially pretty small dive resort was a complete disaster in every sense. We arrived at the time we had told the owner we would, but no one was there to greet us. Our first(!) room - the property's best, supposedly - was equipped with a kitchen, but not a single glass, cup, utensil, plate, or anything. We couldn't even get a glass of water. The bathroom sink tap was non-functional, barely dripping when taps were wide open. After walking past the algae-green pool and seeing a nearby beach, I lay down for a rest before dinner. 30 minutes later, the ceiling was crawling with bugs coming through the roof where the ceiling fan was mounted. They were soon dropping on the bed - and we were out the door to tell the owner we needed another room. He opened one for us - and then could not find the air conditioning controller, leaving the room uninhabitable, not to mention a light that strobed constantly. Off he went to another room - where he discovered that even though unused for days, it had not been cleaned and prepped. By now, waiting for yet another failure was too much, and we left for another hotel. The owner of Wikkid was pleasant, and called a taxi and paid for our transfer - but we'd rather he had put that energy into making his own property what we had expected. We were told he had bought the place not long before COVID destroyed tourism, so I'm sympathetic with the problems he faces - but it's just not excusable when it affects his customers so seriously.
