Booked a stay for my boss and I through Hotels.com. Obviously either Hotels or Sheraton made a mistake and spelled the name of my boss wrong, which I had to do several calls to Hotels, who then had to call Sheraton several times to sort it out. There was no help to get from the reception at Sheraton and they simply apologised for me having to use more than an hour to sort out a mistake that, in my eyes, they should have fixed quickly and not let customers spend more than an hour, frustrated, trying to sort out. When it was finally resolved I got to my room, which is of quite good size but it seems rather old and torn. And the cleaning was not up to standards, found long hairs on the bathroom floor, stainer pillow sheets and sticky spots on the floor. All in all I'll definitely look for another solution next time I'm in Raleigh, which would also be my recommendation for everyone else.
