Room was not ready, they made us wait over an hour. When I went to the counter over 30 mins after the check in time asking why my room still wasn’t ready, they just switched me to a different room that was available.
When I tried to escalate to a manager to discuss the inconvenience and get credit for the money we spent at the restaurant waiting, the manager, Anna, gave us silent treatment lol.
I asked to have it escalated and was told another manager would call me to resolve, but they never did.
