Great service from all staff, big smiles and helpfulness.
I had booked a single room but to my great surprise got a double room with a balcony, thanks!
Hotel is very near the train station and is also close to the tram going to and from the airport, super nice. Ticket is only 1,7 euro.
All over in walking distance to all the big attractions, max 20 minutes.
Many places to get good food just outside on the local restaurants or in the neighborhood.
Breakfast was fine with eggs, youghurt and cereals, bread, croissants, fruit, cake - juice, coffee etc. Not a luxury breakfast, but ok.
I had 3 light bulbs missing in my room and 1 bulb in the bathroom, but I could see fine anyway.
The bathroom had a bad smell 3 out of 6 days, had to close the door. But I've been to Italy before and also had problems with the the sewer/toilet in that hotel, so maybe it's the way they build the sewer which is generally bad. Again I closed the door and problem fixed.
Finishes of the bathroom and overall the room could need a brush up. Like the flush for the toilet was crooked, all the hooks for towels, the toiletpaper holder etc was worn out/bad material, plug in the hand sink didn't work properly, no place to put your piece of handsoap on the sink, mortar on tiles on the hand sink was worn out.
All these things just makes the rooms look sloppy and its a shame but all the above positive things made it okey for me in the end. I thought the hotel was a 4 star hotel - but it is 3 star.
