We were provided with only one room key card, and when we requested an additional one, we were told it was not possible.
On the day of checkout, as our flight was in the evening, we asked if we could extend the stay for half a day (of course, willing to pay for it). We were told it was not possible due to full booking. However, when we checked on Hotels.com, reservations were still available. As a result, we ended up paying for a full day's stay and used the room for the half-day period.
While the staff were generally friendly, the lack of attention to detail in their service was quite disappointing.
