Horrible, unfriendly front-desk staff
Arrived late night for a two-day stay. Neighbor room had large argument, a call to front desk didn’t solve it
Front desk staff called us down just after 11am to re-check in. Apparently instructions from night shift was wrong; but I got an attitude and rolling eyes from front desk person
As we had booked room with kitchen, we were disappointed to find absolutely no pots, pans, utensils…nothing. As we asked for this (which is a very typical service for hotels to provide on request), we were advised that we could purchase pots and pans etc for $30 a piece?? Why on earth would I as a traveler with a suitcase buy kitchenware from a hotel? Again front desk staff gave an unprecedented attitude and rude reply. Even an ‘I don’t care about providing a service to you’… OMG. We checked out 30 mins later
Security deposit wasn’t returned ($100, absolutely no damage reported). So the front desk person had deliberately not returned this to us.
Had to go back to hotel some two weeks later to get it back.
If you want to experience how low a service a hotel can provide, then this is the right place for you. If not, there are plenty of other - far better - alternatives in the area.
