I liked the hotel, and the staff was generally very kind.
The hotel is really clean and the 1-person room was actually quite big. The breakfast was nice and clean!
My check-in experience however, was not very good. The man was really young, and forgot alot of information that I had to ask about myself, and he had to stop me many times on my way to the room, because he forgot to say things. I had an unpleasant experience my first night, where he didn't help the way I would have hoped and expected, which made me feel uncomfortable. The rest of the staff were nice and professional.
My phone in the room didn't work, which I told several staff-members, and it never got fixed or even attempted to fix it.
There is also alot of noise, as the walls seem quite thin, but for me it wasn't too big of an issue.
I can recommend this if you want a place in a quite street, right next to the trainstation and the Arno, and a very short walk to the city center, and you don't stay to much in your room. In general I had a good experience and will go there again.
