We brought a pram for our 5 months old boy. But they had misplaced the key to the wheelchair elevator, so we had to have people help us carry it up a flight of stairs. When check in time came around. 4 employees decided to take a smoking brake, so people had to line up al the way out the doors. We stood in line for an hour, and when we finally got our room keys, our room hadn't been cleaned yet. And we had to carry the pram down a flight of stairs. We asked for a room closer to the ground, or at least a room that wasn't difficult to reach. They accommodated our request. But first the gave us the keys to a room that was allready occupied. That night we barred the door to the room, so if anybody was given a key to our room, they could tell that someone was allready in there
