I stayed with my family of 6. We had to take an UBER from the airport because of the language barrier with the front reception. Days before we arrived we emailed the information for them to help with transportation from the airport. when we got there the receptionist at front desk could not understand what I was saying so we had to take an airport shuttle service which was fine. COP 127,000 COP rather than $150,000 (about USD $35) COP that the hotel front reception would help us with. Apart from that, OSCAR was our guy. He was bilungual and also he went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable time whenever we went for breakfast. Btw the breakfast was really delicious and fruits were so fresh. Seem like they had fresh fruits delivered everyday for us. The food was good. The only thing we are not meat eaters and most of what we would want to try had ham or some type of meat. Overall, breakfast was our best part of the day at Faranda Bogota!
