Disappointing service from start to stop
4 days before arrival we get an email from hotel about special requirements for the room incl. transfer from airport. We requested extra cloth hangers in room, our 2 rooms close together and also pickup from airport with number of people and our flight information, because we would arrive late. When we came to airport there was no one to pick us up and when we called the hotel they said they didn’t get our email. When we arrived to hotel the reception said that our room had extra hangers but they couldn’t provide rooms close to each other. This means they did in fact get our email but apparently disregarded our wish for airport transfer, plus they lied about not having received our email.
The day before departure we ask hotel to arrange transport to airport because we have to fly very early in morning and therefore leave hotel 4:30AM. We are told they cannot arrange a car. Again poor customer service.
Breakfast was not very good at all unfortunately.
The hotel advertise with refrigerator magnets for their guest, but they didn’t have any when asked.
When we leave the hotel we didn’t get deposit back because they need to check the room. Later the hotel tell us that an umbrella is missing from the room and they have checked everywhere. We could tell them exactly which closet the umbrella was in, so again we feel cheated when they say they checked everywhere and withheld our deposit. We later get the deposit, when they find the umbrella in the closet we tell them to look.
