I had booked this room 2 weeks in advance and it was to be a 2 queen bed. It ended up being a 2 double bed and bed were extremely small for my family. When asked if we could switch rooms or why we didn’t get queen beds they said someone booked a block of rooms and this was last minute. After my session and not getting anywhere with this, I asked for a refund which they thought around $15 would be sufficient. The next day I asked about the refund and she told me that I would need to contact Hotels.com. That is exactly what I did in. Hotels.com contacted this site and was able to get me a full refund for the room.
