Had to wait approximately 15 minutes with checking in, since the receptionist was discussing with a customer, who couldn't get any WiFi reception in his room... He eventually threatened to check him out, of he didn't go to his room...
Secondly when we got to the room there were no toiletries, as stated in the description, the receptionist said it was due to COVID-19, which makes no sense. He then referred us to Tesco to buy something ourselves.
At last there was only one power plug adapter in the room, so only one of us could charge our phones at a time, and it had to be in a certain position for it to work. We contacted the receptionist about it, and he told us it was not their problem, and that we were lucky to have one.
No airconditioning in the room at all, which was quite unbearable in the heat.
No cleaning was done at all in the three days of out stay, eventhough it was mentioned it would be done daily. The towels weren't changed either.
Overall quite bad experience with terrible service
