Nice lobby, gross room
The lobby was clean and breakfast was good! However, our suite was not clean. One of the bathrooms smelled like urine. When we told the front desk all 3 days we were there, housekeeping came to wipe things down, but the smell did not go away. It needs to be deep cleaned. The freezer stopped working which made a large puddle of water on the floor. We did not use the dishwasher because there was already water pooled in the bottom of it, so we assumed that probably didn't work either. The couch in the living area was broken down, uncomfortable, and quite stained. The mattresses need to be replaced as there were divets in them. Also, under one of the beds, there was a pair of dirty socks from a previous guest. Gross. Overall, the room was not what we expected it to be and was rather disappointing. Also, we almost got stuck on the elevator with one of the housekeepers. After we both reported it, an out-of-order sign was put up.
