To start, the constant emails are annoying, yes i booked a room, no i dont want to pay for anything else, how many people are staying.....two as what i booked. While checking in, the lack of information about the hotel itself and what the facilites are " here is a QR code" enjoy your room! The breakfast at this hotel is apparently very nice, although the staff did not not advise of hours of service, they close btw 9.30 and 10.00, and if you do not make a reservation, even hotel guests will be told to go across the street. The lovely young lady advised us that there must have been a mis-communication btw the lobby and the restaurant! The Scratchy towls, divited beds and a bathroom with the original rusty tub from the 60's. I like paying money for good hotels, this one i will not pay for again!
