I hope this message finds you well. My boyfriend, my parents, and I recently stayed at your hotel in Jeju to celebrate my mother's birthday. I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we received.
While my room was perfect, we encountered some issues in my parents’ room with the TV not accessing YouTube and the desk telephone not working. I approached the concierge desk, where a staff member who spoke Chinese was incredibly helpful. She patiently listened to our concerns and worked diligently to resolve the problems.
When we continued to face difficulties, Mr. Gary Kim came to assist us. He was polite, patient, and went above and beyond to help us. He coordinated with an engineer and even took the initiative to fix the issue himself when it seemed impossible. His dedication truly made a difference in our experience.
