I called at 9 am asking for early check-in of 1:30 pm. I was told it would likely be possible. When I arrived at 2 pm my room was not available. No biggie as nothing was promised.
At 2:37 pm I was told my room was ready. We then went up to the room and it reeked of marijuana horribly. So much so that I did not unpack my clothing. I had meetings all weekend and didn’t want to smell of marijuana. Changing rooms was not an option as the front desk told us they didn’t have any other rooms available after I told them I didn’t need a handicap accessible room upon arriving.
I went into the bathroom to wash up and there was short blond hairs in the sink. It’s apparent to me that this room’s linens were changed but nothing else was done. Under the bed there were dust bunnies and hanging from the curtain was a spiders web.
Disgusting. I won’t be back.
