Not 4 star service
I’m not a native English speaker, but quite a few of the staff didn’t speak any English, (this is a 4 star hotel in the capital city of Guatemala)
Ask for child bed and an electric heater during check in, waited a little over an hour until I called reception to remind them, waited another 15 minutes before I walked to reception to remind them again, after one more hour my wife, speaking Spanish, arrived and she told them again. About 10 minutes later it arrived.
We ordered food to the room, and lasagna was cold, on of the breads tasted old and New Zeeland butter was complety liqiud like it had been outside the refrigiator all day.
All things comcidered I would recommend people stat away from here even if the hotel building and interior waterfall park is very nice.
