Spacious room, but not at the top of my list.
My husband and our 8 year olds stayed last night while our son played in a nearby soccer tournament.
Pros:
-The staff members at the front desk were very nice, and we were able to check in way earlier for a small fee which was very helpful.
-The specialty room with 2 double beds was PERFECT for us because of how spacious it is. We had plenty of room to spread out with a big, L-shaped couch that folds into a bed. I loved having the little "kitchenette" and work station.
-The hotel and room were clean.
Cons:
-I always choose hotels with a "complimentary" breakfast to make life easier. When we got down there about 40 minutes after breakfast began (7am-10am), we were very disappointed. We were hungry and ready to eat the eggs, sausage, and hash browns (as advertised) before my son's game, and there were none left. We were almost late because we had to hurry up and spend extra money on a breakfast that should have been provided as stated.
-We realized at bedtime that we didn't have extra sheets or blankets in our room for the pull-out bed, so my husband called the front desk to have some sent up. The person he spoke to asked who he was since his name wasn't on the reservation, they asked for my name, and said that they didnt have us "registered" to the room. This was annoying because all we needed was the bedding, it was about 8:00pm, and THEN she told him he could come downstairs and get it if he wants it. He had to get dressed and go down there. Unbelievable!
