When you want to spoil yourself
Magnificent to feel the atmosphere in the 17th century monastery buildings, and wonderful to relax in the beautiful private adjacent park with a wonderful view over the coast and to Etna. A few steps outside the hotel, and you are in beautiful Taormina with plenty of good restaurants for every taste.
Space in the buildings is beautifully furnished and decorated to match the age of the place. We heard someone complain about the place being a bit run down, which may at a few points be right, but to our opinion this was in balance with the authenticity of the place.
Staff was well manned and professionally trained. They made sure in a pleasant and friendly manner, that we felt very well serviced.
The room was made ready both in the morning and in the afternoon with clean towels etc. whenever needed.
