"I was missing a connecting flight and had to stay one night in Barbados.
Despite being quite late I was welcome personally by the owner, my mini-apartment had all you need and I could even pay the next day when settled in.

"My stay at The Sands Barbados All Inclusive was very nice! I needed a quick weekend escape and this spot was perfect. The location was ideal — just a short walk to St. Lawrence Gap, with easy access to the Friday night fish fry and even a cozy lounge nearby.
The food was delicious, the drinks were solid, and there was plenty of seating on the beach. Everyone was so friendly, which made the experience even better.

"We spent two nights here. The hotel has a good location between Oistins Fish Fry and Lawrence gap. It's a 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The receptionist that recieved us, was suuuper, he was polite, professionel, helpful and gave good local tips, we needed an extra blanket for the night, he fixed it right away.
The room was nice, but we missed blackout curtains and it is quite noisy from the street in the morning with big trucks etc. "

"Very nice place…clean,comfortable,close to transportation,close to dining,a few feet off the main road,all rooms face the ocean/sea…very nice view from second,third and fourth floors…first floor ocean view is a bit obstructed by the flowering shrubs in the nice garden but this is not an issue especially if you don’t want to walk up stairs( four floors and no elevator).

"A very nice experience. The hotel looks like the pictures (the room was even a bit bigger than it looked on the pictures). It is very cheap for the quality you get - my guess is that it is because it is a 20 min walk from the beach."

"Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold, MEN det blev en smule ødelagt af solsenge-mentaliteten, hvor folk simpelthen besatte solsengene fra tidligt om morgenen med håndklæder og andet skrammel og det var vel at mærke uanset, om de kom og brugte solsengene eller ej. Både omkring poolen og ved stranden var der dette problem. Jeg kunne godt efterlyse en politik om, at det ikke var okay at besætte solsenge, men at man må bruge dem mens man er der og ellers lade andre få pladsen.

"Fint lille hotel med venligt personale. Det bedste er poolen, som er varm og med lidt rustikke liggestole. Bemærk at havet er meget fuld af alger, som gjorde at det ikke var muligt at bade. Det var juni måned, så måske er det anderledes på andre tidspunkter. Maden i restauranten var ikke god og der er ikke meget at lave i området rundt om. Men til ren afslapning fungerer det. Der burde være en regel om, at dine håndklæder blev fjernet hvis du lavede dette nummer, for dem som rent faktisk gerne vil ligge der fra morgenen af, har ikke muligheden, da de alle er optaget af ‘håndklæder’.
