2- There are hotel guests who gather near the
room area CHATTING and LAUGHING
LOUDLY until late night and it disturbs
our sleep."

"The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us.
The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy.
We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms."
