First and foremost, it's a timeshare. I booked what I thought was a hotel room, and apparently if you want a parking pass, you'll have a very friendly person try to schedule you for a time share presentation, and if you refuse, they will try to sell you a 1 week stay for about $300 if I recall correctly, as long as you attend the time share presentation at that time. It was late, I just wanted to have a normal check in process, drop my stuff off in the room, and go meet my friends for a late dinner, drinks, and laughs.
So after that little surprise, we were given a map and directions to the little hotel we were staying in. Nice little place, but the turn into the parking lot really needs a sign pointing you in the right direction. We missed it the first few times because it looks like a road to someone's private property.
The little hotel was very nice, and it was laid out very well. We really enjoyed it quite a bit, especially for the price we paid. It was nicely decorated, clean, had a very comfortable bed, and everything we needed.
There was some damage to stuff in the room such as the curtains for the sliding glass door (which incidentally were not wide enough to cover the entire door and we were on the ground floor so anyone could have seen right into the bedroom) as well as the extra door security thing that you swing over a small knob that sticks out from the door near the top. They did not charge us for the existing damages so far.
Excellent for the price.
