Good facilities that aren't managed well
It breaks my heart to write this review.
This hotel realy has it all: wonderful pool, spacious rooms, spa, kind personell.
But the details ruin it. For example:
Cleaning in the room was ok, but not thorough. A good example is the fact that the bathtub drain had loads of hair from some previous guest when we checked in- and was still there 6 days later.
The room had a very smart control system over all electric switches, aircondition etc. But some of it did not work!
Spa centre was there, but sooo overpriced that i never used it.
Breakfast: The Asian dishes looked amazing, the western choices were poor though.
The 5th floor is used for conventions, meetings etc. Thats fine by me. What i find unacceptable though, is that guests that stay on the 4th floor (like i did), have to listen to the every single tune played on the 5th floor. It felt like being on a Disco. Believe me, it is loud.
If you want value for money, go for it. If you want 5 star quality, i would not recommend this.
Which is a pity: this hotel has the potential, if managed properly.
