Got room #2 although very spacious (equipped for wheel chair) it was very noisy.
Situated at street level with a big window let all the noises from the street right in. Two homeless people camping right outside the window added to the level of noise. They fell asleep after a while, though.
But unfortunately that wasn't all. The room is located right behind the reception area, and allow you the full benefit of the door buzzer throughout the night when guests come back late.
Oh, and the drainage pipes from the room(s) above is right next to the bed giving you a full update on the frequency of the bathroom use further up in the building.
Room size was nice and the area central and cozy with several bistros.
Would consider again, but will definitely not stay in room #2
