This was a pleasant hotel, located right in downtown across from the convention center. The maid service was prompt and efficient. The restaurant was outstanding. We ended up having breakfast and dinner there most days, with lunches out. The wait staff were all skillful and pleasant.

Clean and quiet. Great location downtown. Lots of things very walkable. Outstanding diner next door Nice coffee bar in the lobby. The only thing that threw me was parking when I first arrived; there was not good signage, and unloading was confusing, since the curbs were all paint yellow, space in front of the hotel was limited and there is no valet parking. The lot next door offers ample partking.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was always very friendly. The pillows are very soft, not firm at all, and the bed is very comfortable. This was within walking distance of many great restaurants and I could get to the convention center through the skywalk, which was very convenient.
