Interesting setting, but rather confusing service. We booked and paid for a lakeview room, but when got an inside room, and had to speak to three different staff members to get the room we paid for. First we were told that we ourselves HAD booked a wrong room, later that hotels.com had booked us the wrong room type, and finally that someone in the hotel had changed the roo type. They did move us, but it was not a great welcome. Rooms are nice, clean and stylish, but the really load slamming of the old metal doors, kept us awake most of the night. And breakfast was only served until 9 am, which no one had informed us of upon check-in, so we almost missed it. They did let us eat anyhow, when we arrived around 9, and even heated some bread for us, which was nice. But, still, the overall experience was a bit mixed, and we were not that impressed.
