We are very grateful to the staff at Hyatt Place. The room was great and the view from the upper floor was amazing. More importantly, while we were travelling recreationally, the staff were incredibly helpful with some technical help during an unexpected business emergency. We will stay there the next time we are in Burnaby.

Amazing views and super luxurious room. Beautiful backlighting on bed. Convenient multiple outlet and usb outlets on top of floating nightstands. Really cool carpet in common hallways to suites. Staff were super friendly and kind.
