Fik aldrig adgang til lejligheden. Ingen tjek ind oplysninger. Udlejer umulig at kontakte. Måtte finde nyt overnatnings sted.

Kunne ikke få det forud bestilte værelse grundet overbookning, hvilket personalet ikke gad ulejlige sig med at oplyse. Helt vildt dårlig oplevelse og fuldstændig manglende forståelse for at man stod midt i Ålborg, som familien med to børn samt en hund og intet værelse selvom jeg havde fået bekræftelse herpå.
