room was clean and the personel are very good. only thing that they have no bufe breakfast. they give you packed food instead.

Room was small , a tiny window open towards the emergency stairs, no view at all.
Not so clean , no water pressure in the shower .

I was female travelling solo for work attending a big conference. I only delt with evening and night staff. They were very friendly and helpful and professional. Seemed like they recognised me which gave my stay a sense of safety. After I checked out I forgot some personal items for which they contacted me and offered to send home to me. I was very grateful for this. The room was fine but it is the staff that gets the sixth star.
