Great location, a short walk away from Milan Central Station, which is where the main airport buses can also be caught from. The apartment was easy enough to find with a lift to the top floor. The apartment was clean, tidy and felt very modern. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. There were 2 wardrobes which were useful for our stay for all our clothes. Having access to an iron and ironing board was helpful. The only thing negative I could mention was that the aircon units we'ren't blowing out cold air even with the thermostat set correctly to cold and temp set lower than the current room temp. The units likely need an aircon regas, we had to opened the windows at night to lower the room temp.

The previous tenant smoked in the apartment and it smelled terrible. There was no blanket, only a top sheet. The QR code that was supposed to lead me to instructions did not work. I tried contacting the property management company through email every day, no response at all. I left two days early. I still have not heard from the management company. JOIVY is a JOKE.

Gostaria de destacar alguns pontos que merecem atenção urgente, pois impactaram diretamente o conforto da hospedagem: O colchão precisa ser substituído com urgência. Está totalmente deformado, com o lado direito afundado, aparentando estar quebrado. A situação é tão grave que, ao se virar durante a noite, há a sensação de que se pode cair da cama. Isso compromete significativamente a qualidade do descanso. A pia do banheiro necessita de manutenção imediata. A válvula de escoamento fecha, mas não abre adequadamente, dificultando o uso normal da pia. Falta um suporte para itens de higiene dentro do box. A ausência de um local apropriado para acomodar sabonete, shampoo e condicionador gera desconforto e reduz a praticidade do banheiro. A política de troca de toalhas deveria ser revista. Permaneci hospedado por três noites e não houve nenhuma troca de toalhas durante esse período. Embora compreenda as regras da hospedagem, acredito que o intervalo entre as trocas poderia ser reduzido para proporcionar maior conforto aos hóspedes. Como alternativa, a instalação de um toalheiro térmico elétrico ajudaria significativamente na secagem e conservação das toalhas entre os usos. Os problemas apontados não exigem grandes intervenções, mas sua correção teria um impacto muito positivo na experiência dos hóspedes e na percepção geral da qualidade da hospedagem.
