Small business style hotel room with not much space to open up all of our suitcases to repack or u pack. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. No breakfast options, but there are plenty of spots nearby. If you plan to just use the room for a bed to sleep in, you’ll have no issues

The hotel is in the heart of Temple Bar area so great location for walking around the city. However, our room was small for 2 people. Very little room to move. No air conditioning and the one fan didn't really cool down the room.

We read this place had a 2 star review and I think it lived up to that review. The moment we walked in, the smell of febreeze and poop was overwhelming. The noises of the nightlife outside felt like they were inside the room with us into the wee hours. The only thing louder was the seagulls. The room was hot, and the king bed felt like a queen which made it more difficult to share in the heat. If you’re here for the temple bar nightlife and just need a place to sleep, this will meet those needs. The bathroom was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The building is located in the heart of the tourist area, within walking distance of everything. Our room faced the interior of the building, so noise was not an issue. Everything has been renovated, and although the room was tiny, it was comfortable enough to get a good night's rest after an exciting day out. The only downside was the cleanliness. The bathroom was not properly cleaned throughout our stay. I spoke to the front desk several times and even mentioned the issue to a member of the cleaning staff on our floor, but nothing was done. The same coffee stain remained in the sink all week (from when I rinsed my coffee cup on the second day), and the faucet was left with soap and toothpaste stains. Overall, the location was excellent, and the room was comfortable, but the lack of attention to bathroom cleanliness was disappointing.
