The hotel receptionist did not provide any information about the hotel upon arrival. We had to visit the front desk to request pool towels and obtain basic hotel details. During checkout, we had to carry our luggage down two flights of stairs and walk to reception because no one responded to our request for assistance.
We stayed in Room 201-K, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. The furnishings were very simple, and the twin beds were quite uncomfortable. Upon entering the unit, there was a strong humidity odor, and there were many mosquitoes inside the room. No elevators.
The master bathroom consistently had a strong sewage odor, similar to untreated wastewater, which made it very unpleasant. Additionally, the glass shower door was not installed properly and swung from side to side, creating a safety hazard when entering the shower. I did report this issue during checkout.
The kitchen was not properly equipped; there were no basic supplies available, not even a kitchen towel. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow. The reception staff appeared very disorganized, and overall the unit felt outdated and in need of a full renovation.
Pros:The beach was nice, and the food was acceptable. The servers were very kind and attentive. The pool area was nice, although it was not as large as advertised.
Guests have the option to add an all-inclusive package or stay without it. spacious, large closets, good air conditioning, fans.
