Sure its not 3 stars hotel.. maybe zero. Terrible place to stay in the most unsafe area in Guadalajara. Old building with bad conditions. Dirty room. Unfriendly, bad behavior and aggressive some of staff. The balcony door not lock. Avoid to stay there. I don't know why, hotels.com continues to support it.

You get what you pay for so don’t expect much and I extremely don’t recommend staying in the summer as to the no A/C. For the price it got the job done only needed a place to store my luggage, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Sheets being dirty were the only thing other then the area outside being dirty

Worst hotel in town

This place is a dump. Skid row out front with people sleeping on the front steps. No one at the reception desk for 20 minutes-they then hand you one towel and tell you it must be returned. Door security lock was broken off, leaving only the doorknob lock as security. Runndown halls and rooms. No smoke detector. Just terrible. I yo should be ashamed to put their brand in this dump.

En general el hotel se ve bien, esta en una buena ubicación en cuanto a cercanía del centro y es económico. Su personal muy amable, nada que decir. El cuarto con humedad y con cabellos sobre almohadas. El resto nada más que comentar, en buenas condiciones. Hay mucha gente en situación de calle alrededor y mucho vendedor ambulante, lo cual puede hacer sentir un poco de inseguridad. En general una buena opción.
