The room was very clean overall, aside from an odd stain on the curtains. My biggest issue was how thin the walls were. I was placed in what seemed to be a family-style connecting unit, where you can move between two rooms, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. I could constantly hear the neighboring guests. On the other side, my neighbors played loud music repeatedly, to the point that I had to call the front desk to ask them to keep it down.
The location is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which was convenient; however, had I known how thin the walls would be, I would not have booked this room. Additionally, late one night there was an odd, very loud clicking noise coming from the vents. It lasted for about an hour before randomly stopping and was loud enough to wake me up.
Despite these issues, the front desk and staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
