Great location.. I have been coming to Santo Domingo for years, and have stayed at numerous hotels in La Zona Colonial and Bella Vista. I believe I have discovered the hotel that I will be returning to in the future. Clean. Staff was awesome. We were greeted warmly on arrival, and offered a cold pineapple juice (best I’ve ever had) while we waited during check in. The hallways and artwork are beautiful. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Staff was flexible and available if we had needs. I would love to write that the hotel was awful, terrible, so other possible guests in the future don’t go to this hotel so I can have it all to myself! A wonderful stay. ONLY negative was my friends stayed on a first floor room facing the street, and it was quite loud during the night. I think that is just the way it is going to be. BUT a great hotel!!!!

The place is wonderful. It's like staying at an art museum. The staff is so kind and serviceable. Jose receives us with complementary drunks, and explained vwey well all our options. An excellent place however they did not have fresh sheets, and I asked them as they kindly brought fresh sheets and change the bed for me Staff is absolutely amazing and their service was bar-none the best. Breakfast fresh everyday. But lacks variety & menu with more options. Staff is very helpful, attentive & friendly. Comfy beds, great AC. Bathroom horrible, couldn’t move in shower. Recommend change door lock to Card Access. A lot of noise from street motor bikes & trucks. Hotel in remodeling phase so please include pamphlets or tourist sightseeing information in lobby. And maybe food items to snack after hours or snack bar in rooms. Overall it’s a very pretty hotel & clean. Thanks to Christina and the breakfast attendant Osiris for your service.
