At the website it says that there is a pool, spa and a sauna, which is why i booked the stay at that place. It was raining outside, so an indoor pool was what i was looking for. When i came with my sibling we couldn’t find the place. There wasn’t a big sign or something like that, and the adress said no. 21, but it was in no. 11. When we finally found it, we rang on the doorbell, but no one answered. We had to text the hotel-number on whatsapp (luckily we had whatsapp), and she opened the door. When we came the receptionist couldn’t understand ONE word of english, so we used Google translate the whole conversation. The room was clean and it was a very nice and comfortable place with a clean bathroom, so that was nice. We couldn’t find the pool and since the receptionist was gone, we texted her where the pool was. She told us that the pool, spa and sauna wasn’t finished yet and if we would’ve texted her before our stay if they had a pool, she would’ve told us that they hadn’t… But surely we didn’t ask as the website told us they had all of the things. We then discussed with her for a while, but didn’t get a refund or a “sorry” or anything. VERY bad service and very rude to discuss with your guests. Also not a great idea to have a receptionist that doesn’t understand anything else than Italian. I’m dissapointed, but i would have been more happy if we could just get half of the Price, a small refund or a sorry.
