At first I got an uncleaned room, it smelled, dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, the bed was all messy and there were garbage piled up. I had ordered a single room and then got compensated by getting a double room; was nice, but didn't need the extra space. Even with the heaters turned all the way up, the room was still very cold, was hard to keep warm, specially during the night as the duvet seemed to be somewhat small (definitely not 200cm). Bathroom was spacious, but again very cold, even though the heater was turned all the way up. The breakfast was mediocre. I had a fried egg the first morning, couldn't eat the entire bottom surface of the egg as it had become hard/rubberish, bacon was barely cooked and the selection of bread was miniscule. Coffee was decent and they also have free coffee in the reception. Building must be old as there are quite a few places where you need to keep your head down if you're taller than 175cm. Location is good and I wouldn't mind staying there again during the warmer season, but I'd eat breakfast elsewhere, perhaps at the boulangerie next door.
