Won’t be coming back
Parking was easy, staff was friendly and our toddler enjoyed the water park, which had a nice area for kids 5 and under. The rest of us were looking forward to leaving due to the following:
1. The waterpark has no regular pool, so when the slides were on, there was really no place for older kids to play. The park was crowded and a bit outdated.
2. Rooms and the hotel in general was just not the cleanest and could really use a make over.
3. Our girls slept on the sleep couch. We asked for comforters for them and only got some thin blankets, despite asking several times. The couch was very noisy on the slightest movement and quite uncomfortable as you could feel every spring in the mattress.
4. The rooms are poorly insulated with respect to noise. We didn’t hear kids running or such, as other guests describe, but we’re woken up by the shower in the neighboring room one morning, and by a large delivery truck unloading right outside the rooms on another.
5. The hallways were flooded with air mattresses, sheets, towels and trash. Rooms are only cleaned upon request, which is fine, but more effort should then be put into tidying up in the hallways.
