Didn’t get the room i paid for, got a substantial downgrade, the lady said I’ll get it tomorrow and tomorrow came and she just apologized. Asked to talk to the manager 2 times and nothing happened all I got was a sorry and that’s not good enough. Very unprofessional behavior from the receptionist! The rest of the staff was nice and friendly so feel bad for them that they get this bad review because of one persons inability to tell the truth and handle a situation properly and professionally.
