Do NOT recommend
I don't even know where to begin, this was the worst hotel experience.
1) bed did not have fitted sheet or duvet cover, bed was made flat sheet --> flat sheet --> blanket (which had stains and long black hair all over it) --> flat sheet. Soooo weird.
2) room was not clean upon arrival, there was hair all over the room and bathroom floor, the cupboards full of crumbs.
3) we stayed for 3 days, housekeeping did not come even once. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper.
4) fourth floor rooms not accessible by elevator, had to carry suitcases up
5) room not equpped with hair dryer- nothing like walking around montreal in -25 degree weather with wet hair!
6) towels were the worst quality, super old and scratchy material
7) bathroom was disgusting, the bath was absolutely filthy, mould growing on the caulking, no vanity or anywhere to put cosmetics
8) room keys reset every day after checkout time or something? I had to get the front desk to reprogram my key cards daily.
9) doors are not equipped with deadbolt or chain lock. Especially after someone in the next room slammed their door and our blew right open, this did not inspire confidence
By far one of the worst and strangest hotel experiences I have ever had.
