"A Costly DISAPPOINTMENT – BEWARE!"
"I had high expectations for Cambria Hotel Arundel Mills-BWI Airport, but my experience was such a nightmare that I had to cut my stay short and urgently find other lodging. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was nonexistent at this hotel. The staff was indifferent and dismissive about every issue I raised, acting as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than their responsibility.
The room was far smaller than advertised and felt cramped and uncomfortable. On top of that, it was in terrible shape: appliances didn’t work, light bulbs were burnt out, and basic toiletries like towels and toilet paper were barely stocked. Worst of all, the cheap, worn-out furnishings included a desk chair so uncomfortable it caused back pain every time I tried to sit down to work. When I approached the staff about these issues, they showed zero interest in helping, leaving me feeling completely disregarded and frustrated.
If you're considering staying here, I urge you to think twice. The misleading room descriptions, lack of basic hospitality, uncomfortable amenities, and dismissive attitude of the staff make this place an absolute NO-GO. Don’t waste your money or time—avoid this place and look elsewhere if you value a decent, comfortable, and respectful stay."
